The duplex is a tall structure and thus required careful ladder placement, especially on the sides due to proximity with the neighbours’ houses. Although challenged by the wet spring weather, the crew were extremely competent with both preparation and painting, completing the job within the budget. I have no hesitation recommending Careful Painting.”
