POWER
WASHING
Careful Painting
has been proficient in Power Washing (also referred to as
'Pressure Washing') since our beginning.
 Power
Washing is not always necessary prior to an exterior painting project,
although it is beneficial in many cases. We do not do a “hard” power
wash, which can be hard on siding and other surfaces on your home,
rather we do our power washing as gently as possible, not damaging any
existing structures and taking extra care around windows & doors and
plants & gardens. In most cases we use the Power Washer as a means of
getting a large amount of water over a large area in a reasonable
amount of time.
This type of power "rinse" removes dirt and other pollutants without
causing any damage or being detrimental. This method efficiently
cleans the surfaces properly prior to prep work and paint application.
Although Careful Painting's Power Washing service is primarily to
facilitate our painting service, we do also offer Power Washing by
itself. Power Washing can be done in any season, and is available
throughout the year.
